I CALLED YOUR NUMBER AND YOU CANT GET A LIVE PERSON.
THATS RIDICULOUS. I WANT A REPLY TODAY AND REIMBURSED FOR FEBRUARY AND MARCH AND CANCEL.CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!

Cant get sign in pin to change to new pin
ive had credit sesame for years now try to change my pin through the app and stay the same old pin just talked to some one or something online told the problem sent me to a site wanting me to pay for help to change my pin absolutely rediculous now looks like any one can get into my credit app aint happening im opening my phone right now to close account and uninstall thats my info on that app its supposed to bcant get sign in pin changed

Horrible experience. Give me back my money
Hello and good day.
Started on Nov 14th 2023. November 16th I confirmed my identity and selected pin for debit card.
When deposit hit my account it was seized and closed.
Moving forward I literally have made thousands of attempts to retrieve my funds. I been scolded, yelled at and hung up on and to the point where no one would answer my calls.
I was told my refund would be in my account on the 22nd of December and that was a lie. My kids had no presents for Xmas! So *** you credit sesame.
I have emails from Shana manager on December 27th stating initial deposit of $500.00 would be returned within 5/7 business days. Now I'm sitting here wondering were is my money? Why is it that I'm still waiting. I'm definitely frustrated. I'm wondering why the *** you all are still in possession of my funds? This is ridiculous I need my money. So when is this going to be available. Its my money! And now it says my current balance is zero!
- None stole my money and brought my credit score down 6 points

I never got a chance to use my 7 day trial period. They took the 19.99 as soon as I signed up.
I sent a message asking why I was not given the opportunity to use my 7 day free trial before they took my money but I got no response to a reason why.
I immediately canceled my subscription. I want my money back because I was not allowed to use my 7 day free trial.

Resolved: Please close account, I don't know how or when it was opened.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Credit seasame was great, fast, and resolved concern. Thank you for your support.
I don't know how or when you opened a sesame account in my name. But I don't ever remember opening any account with your company and I see that a account with my name has been opened with your company.

Do credit sesame has a new page when logging in. I have a different page now when I log in.
I use to log in and I could get what is on my credit report I can't anymore. This is a total different page than what I am used to.
